Cesar has dedicated over 10 years to Business Banking and Bank Management. He attended Central Texas College while serving in the Iowa National Guard 2018-2024. Married his wife Jataya in 2024, and they have 2 boys, Andres 4 and Camilo 2. Cesar volunteers at our local YMCA as a soccer coach and referee. He and his wife enjoy running and participate in most of the local runs and some half marathons.
